Terms and Conditions

1. Identification and scope These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Tuner Access platform, operated under the JD-Tuning brand. By registering or using the platform, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

2. Nature of the service Tuner Access operates as a technology intermediary to facilitate requests, quotes, bookings, messaging, and payments between customers, tuners, and shops. The platform does not perform tuning services and does not act as a mechanical workshop.

3. Accounts and eligibility Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each account is personal and non-transferable. JD-Tuning may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, contractual breach, or security risk.

4. Permitted conduct and restrictions Use of the platform for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, abuse, impersonation, or attempts to circumvent security controls is prohibited. Sharing direct contact details to divert transactions off-platform is also prohibited when it violates applicable policies.

5. Requests, quotes, and bookings Requests and quotes are managed according to availability and criteria published on the platform. Tuners and shops remain responsible for the accuracy of their quotes, timelines, and technical service conditions.

6. Payments, commissions, and charges Payments are processed by authorized third-party providers. Service fees, commissions, and payout allocations are governed by the configuration in force at the time of charge. Recorded transactions preserve historical traceability.

7. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes Cancellations and potential refunds are assessed under applicable policies for each case, including booking stage and platform evidence. User disputes may require additional documentation for review.

8. Intellectual property and license The software, interfaces, marks, texts, and distinctive assets of Tuner Access and JD-Tuning are owned by their respective rights holders. A limited, non-exclusive, revocable license is granted for use in accordance with these terms.

9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JD-Tuning and Tuner Access are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, data loss, or damages arising from technical services provided by independent third parties.

10. Amendments and validity JD-Tuning may update these terms to reflect operational, regulatory, or security changes. Updated versions will be published on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.
