1. Independence of tuners and shops Tuners and shops operating through Tuner Access are independent providers. JD-Tuning does not direct, supervise, or control the individual technical execution of third-party tuning services.

2. Scope of the platform role Tuner Access facilitates connection, messaging, quoting, booking, and payment between users, but does not replace professional vehicle inspection and does not provide technical guarantees regarding mechanical or electronic outcomes.

3. Technical risks Any tuning intervention may involve inherent risks, including mechanical damage, software failures, incompatibilities, component degradation, or regulatory non-compliance depending on applicable jurisdiction.

4. Liability exclusions To the extent permitted by law, JD-Tuning and Tuner Access assume no liability for vehicle damage, incorrect calibration, economic loss, operational interruption, or contractual disputes arising from third-party technical services.

5. Third-party warranties and representations Any commercial warranty, technical promise, or statement regarding outcomes is solely the responsibility of the tuner or shop providing the service. The platform does not grant or endorse additional warranties.

6. User legal compliance Users are responsible for verifying that any vehicle modification complies with applicable technical, environmental, homologation, insurance, and road-use regulations in their jurisdiction.

7. Informed acceptance By continuing to use the platform, the user expressly acknowledges this limitation of liability and accepts that the primary technical service relationship is directly with the selected independent provider.
